Thank you for shopping at intersush. This Refund Policy explains how eligible returns and refunds are handled.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Multi-piece sets and multipacks must be returned complete. Items that are worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or missing pieces may not be eligible.

How to Request a Return

Email help@xmsh-aftersales.info with your order number and the item you want to return. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photos. Wait for return instructions and the approved return address before sending the item. Returns sent without approval or to the original shipping address may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for preference-based returns, including size, color, or change-of-mind returns. If we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, intersush will cover the approved return shipping cost or provide another appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Returned items are inspected after arrival. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider or financial institution. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is caused by a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment has started.
